IMPORTANT UPDATE: ESSENTIAL OPERATIONS AND COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS

During this unprecedented time, there's been a lot of information in the public regarding the restrictions on business operations that have been put in place in various cities, counties and states in our region. CAI has been working to seek clarification of how community associations are impacted by the orders from the governors of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware that all business that are not "life sustaining" be closed.

Change of Management

Hoping this finds you all doing great! TMK Property Management, LLC was recently contracted by the Board of Directors at The Aspen to oversee the Associations operations as of November 27, 2017.  We’re very excited to be partnering with this Association.  During the transition of data from RCP to our system we wanted to remind everyone of a couple important items:

  • Your Association fee is due on the 1st of every month
  • You will be receiving a coupon book for your convenience to send your payments in to the new bank.  We are asking that no payment be sent to RCP and please disconnect any auto payment you may have set up right now.  All data will be changing and because of the quick turn around there will not be any late fees charged for the months of December or January.

  • We have included an occupancy form with this notice to ensure we have all accurate homeowner information on file.  **All email addresses shared with us will only be used for Association related communications and not given to any other party.  In an effort to streamline communications and cut costs related to mailers we’re asking everyone to submit.   • Payments will go directly to Mutual of Omaha Bank to the following address: PO Box 61958, Phoenix, AZ 85082-1958.  *This is the address that will also be reflective on the coupons.  *Payments should not be sent to the management office in Princeton.

  • Owners are also encouraged to set up their monthly payments by way of auto debit or ACH through the Mutual of Omaha website by following going to cabanc.com and following the instructions.  You will also need the following for this set up:

    Community ID: 145

    Your account number: *Owners will need to contact our office directly for this.

  • Any common area emergency that cannot wait for the next business day will go through 908 872 1779.  However, the new onsite manager here that will be starting on Monday November 27th is Michael Markulec who will be based at the onsite office Monday – Friday each week.  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday the office is open from 9 – 5pm and to assist with our owners that work a distance we will have one late night which will be Thursday and those hours will be 11 – 7pm.
